Small as we are, such explorations never fail to remind me that there is still beauty to be unearthed in simplicity.

Not a fan of hunting, though trying new things once in a while never hurt much ;p

“In a decaying society, art, if it is truthful, must also reflect decay. And unlessit wants to break faith with its social function, art must show the world as changeable. And help to change it.”

I’m happy (or, if you know my photographic leanings, also a little unhappy) to say that the cross-processed filter of the new iOS does give a rather realistic lomographic cross-processed feel.
Results of Sunday’s expedition as seen below.
Developed the film a few weeks ago, and finally got around the scanning the photos.
In a perfect world,
I would be able to forget everything else,
And be there again – forever.
Every time everything feels right,
Like when you retreat under the covers on a rainy night with a good book;
Every time the world feels like a beautiful place,
Like when you’re standing at the edge of the ocean watching the sun set, and nothing else really matters;
Every time life actually feels meaningful,
Like when your mind is not trapped by the past or enticed by the future, but fully immersed in each present moment –
If only we could bottle up all these “every times”
So that they may become every time, with us, all the time.
Asking for too much, I know.
