Megane = Spectacles.
I managed to squeeze in travelling from Taichung to Taipei and some cafe time before I had to be at the airport. Yay to later flights.
It was so peaceful and comforting to be there, I didn’t want to leave.
And now my official favourite cafe is a 4-hour flight away…
One of the joys of travelling, and especially travelling solo, is being open to unexpected changes to your plans.
I met a cat in a stationery shop.
I looked for “Hidden Lane Cafe” and ended up in a different “Hidden Lane”, but still enjoyed my time exploring the area nonetheless, and ended up getting a nice gift for a friend at one of the nearby shops.
It all works out. Eventually.
It was Day 8 of the trip. Back to cafe hopping in Taichung city.

Was an hour early. This is what happens when you don’t check your social media before going to a cafe.
I’m glad to say… the time spent there was worth the wait.
One more before the airport. Always thankful for magical moments like these.
A little gem of a cafe in Sai Kung.
It helps, especially when you’re not the best with the spoken word.
A little late, but, here’s to more coffees and peaceful times ;p
