Today really helped. So glad I decided to go out!
The Collectors Show: Chimera brings together major works of Asian contemporary art from private collections around the world.
My favourite was “Midnight Sea”, a video installation by Tabaimo. Stood in the pitch-black darkness for almost 5 minutes, with no light except the white lines from the video projector, admiring the beauty of the waves and fearing unknown corners at the same time. The sea has indeed much evocative power.
